The option approved by you will be developed into a working design phase, which includes architecture, structural engineering and designs for the relevant installation parts – plumbing, electrical, HVAC and site layout. Based on the working designs, a bill of quantities for the types of construction and installation works will be prepared. This way, you will have all the technical parameters, quantities and data before the start of the construction process. We can handle administrative actions on your behalf to obtain the necessary permits and documents for design and construction in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.
