Prices for Metal Structure Installation On this page you can get information about the production and installation of metal structures. You can use our calculator for complete construction of halls with a metal structure.
Prices are budgetary, in euros, excluding VAT. Prices are current as of 07.2026 Prices are for structures with an area larger than 120-150 m2. For smaller structures, please call for a specific quote. The price includes:
- preparation of an architectural design with included specialties, including a structural design. You can work with your own or our architect and structural engineer
- Zero cycle – excavation, foundations, polished concrete, fill or soil removal depending on the terrain.
- Production of the metal structure with primer and paint, production of the enclosing structure, delivery and installation of the metal structure including machinery
- Delivery and installation of thermal panel – 5% has been deducted from the wall thermal panel area for doors and windows. For a specific inquiry, the exact quantity of roof and wall thermal panels will be calculated
- Installation of the necessary flashings and gutters
The price does not include
- Administrative fees to the municipality and state
- Construction of a fence.
- Asphalting, truck ramps
- Landscaping
- External connections to electricity and water/sewage – construction of a transformer station, connection to the sewage network, drilling, construction of septic tanks, etc.
- Installation of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems – can be offered upon inquiry
- Delivery and installation of doors and windows, sectional doors – can be offered upon inquiry
